Homer CMS is a content management system that allows authorized users to:

• Create, edit, and publish articles and content
• Manage products and affiliate links
• Import content from Google Docs
• Manage multiple websites from a single interface

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be invited by an administrator or have an account created for you
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

We do not claim ownership of content you import from Google Docs or other sources.

• You can disconnect this integration at any time

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ODYSSEY AGENCY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
